Jack In The Box - poor service

Cruddy service, absolutely clueless manager, cars piled up in front of and on the sides of the restaurant waiting for their food. I was so disgusted at the long wait, I decided to just leave as they never took my order. Unfortunately, one of their employees had parked his/her car partially blocking the drive thru so I was forced to wait while the fat, stupid cow running the drive thru took 10 minutes to collect the money from the two cars ahead of me. And that's ALL she did, no one got any food. When I drove off, there were at least four cars waiting patiently for their food while blocking the driveway to get in or out..

I've visited this restaurant during the day and been satisfied with the service, so either they need to hire more people to work the late shift or hire people who know what they're doing. In this economy, there is no excuse for inept or uncaring employees. Give those jobs to someone who wants to work! I know the day manager of this place is a very competent lady and you can bet I am folowing this up with a written letter of complaint.

I was pulling through the drive-thru on 11/14/15 at 10:20pm and observed an employee eating food and drinking behind counter. I asked employ "what was the company policy on eating/drinking behind the counter". The employee told me she didn't know. I asked if a manager was working. She said that was the manager but she hadn't started shift yet.

What is Jack and the box? And why would it be bad for the manager to be eating behind the counter?

I went to Jack N Box here in Fort Worth Texas . The food was horrible everything was cold egg rolls, tacos, sausage breakfast jack. the only thing right was the cup of Ice and Milk Shake. I don't have money to give away. A person sit in line waiting on their order and then when you get it the food is horrible . I called and Manager going to tell me to come back and they will redo it. Why? would I waist my time going back when I just sit in line waiting for that same order .I will never spend another PENNY at another JACK N BOX EVER. I wasted $12.94 for some garbage. I think corporate need to start firing some of those sorry employees. Why would they serve old food like they do They need to cook to order not let food sit out for over an hour or so and then serve it.They need to serve customers like they would want to be served. This was at store #4791 at 11:18 p.m. in Fort Worth, Texas off East Rosedale and Freeway.NO MORE MONEY FROM ME EVER AGAIN.

Continous lack of service when ordering and not getting what you have ordered. Asking for something to be added to your meal, getting charged for it and not getting it. Also when you try to contact them on their website they give you a test at the end just like the one you have but you are never correct. Tried numerous attempts and finally gave up. I have surrendered trying to get good service from Jack in the Box. If someone from Jack in the Box would like to contact me I will be very happy to discuss this with them.

My grandson and I ordered our food from Jack around 11:50. I order their new mini Sirloins Burgers, and other orders for my grandson and wife. The bill came to $25.00 plus and when I asked Ashley, night manager what is the price for the 3 mini Sirloin Burgers she said oh I thought you ordered three orders of the three mini burgers. While ordering I noticed that you could hear that she had turned off her mike. So I was ordering and she was doing who knows what!

When I drove around to get the order she had part of it and no drink. I asked for the drink and she said I didn't order a drink. Ok! I can live with that but my grandson hear me order the drink. Since they only had my grandsons order she told me to wait around front for the second bag. So I drive around front and wait and wait and wait. One of the guys that works there looks out the front to see me waiting there. After twenty minutes, I walk around to the drive through window and ask where is my food. Ashley, said oh I thought you drove off without your food but we still have it.

Long story short, I told here I don't what cold food and she could keep it. I tried to call to speak to a real manager and found out she is the night manager. I explained how upset I was with her service and she told me she has been there 4 years and fills she is doing a good job. One excuse she had was that they was taking orders and taking care of people at the window. I told her to try and do one thing at a time and do it right.

This locations forgets to put the full order in the bags all the time but it is to much of a problem to go back and pick it up. I usually just consider it human error and I should double check their work any way. But, I am really upset tonight because they only had two or three cars go through while we waited and they just sat their looked out the window at my car and played stupid when I went to the window.

I have learned my lesson and that was my last time for the Jack in the Box on Ontario in Corona, CA

We have gone through the drive-thru numerous times at this location of Jack-in-the-box.
More than 50% of the time we have been asked to pull in the front and wait for our food.
There has been occasions that there was no one in line behind us. Or the line was short.
It is an inconvenience to us. We would like to get our food and drive away.

Maybe they should give those burger jobs to American teens like they used to years ago. People who spoke English, were energetic and got the job done right.

The reason they ask you to pull forward is because they are on a timer. The longer you sit at the window, the more trouble they get into. And before anyone goes jumping and saying, "Then they should be on the ball and have my order ready!", think about this: sometimes the food needs to cook. Personally, I would rather wait a few more minutes and have fresh food than have rapid service and food that's been sitting around for an hour.

I think that this is not right for a corprate this big to do false advertizment! As a manager
I never seen this kind of of ruddness from a manager>i was there in the morning and tryed to buy food and they are suppost to be open 24 hrs, they were not able to provied me with with food!and even thought they try to say that they were suppost to be be cleaning the grill they are suppost to help the customer>i try to call the manager back at weedpatch hwy>and all he did was hanged up on me!this is not profesional for this kind of business. Then i had my wife called and they called her a ### an hanged up on her !i will make sure that i get all the public involved and make sure that this location is fined!
if i had cause any problems for the high up's! i am sorry but you should understand that us as customers should not be treated that way! and will make sure that this won"t happen to anyone else>
