I am writing to inform you of my horrible experiences with LaserAway, Located at 108 Vintage Way Ste B-1. Novato, Ca [protected]. I purchased 150 units of Botox for $1,500.00. I paid $1,400.00 because of a $100.00 birthday discount that Botox per unit will cost me $9.34 dollars per unit. When at first, I walked into their office on July 06, 2023. They were friendly and made me an appointment immediately the same day because they wanted only my money. They injected 40 units of Botox, but 8 of the 40 were from prior units I bought. Moreover, in the past, I never had any problem with LaserAway. I was always happy with great results; they had appointments whenever I called. But this time, I had my Botox done with no results. A month later, I spoke to a lady at LaserAway about my Botox, and she told me to give it more time to see the results. I waited another month, called back again, and spoke to a different lady from LaserAway. and said that I didn’t see any results and would like to schedule an appointment. They told me they were booked and too busy, and I was not asking for a refund for the 40 units that did not work because I felt the Botox injected into me was too deluded, I told them that I still had 118 units left of Botox. Also, they needed to speak to the lady from LaserAway who injected me with Botox in July, and they said that the lady was no longer working at LaserAway. Furthermore, I keep calling to get an appointment, and they keep telling me they don’t have anything open. I asked my husband to pretend that he wanted to do Botox and the same day on Monday, I called 20 minutes early, they told me they were booked for a month, but when my husband called, they made him an appointment immediately at 3 p.m. the same day. For my husband, when they did not have anything for me. Then, my husband and I went to LaserAway together. I asked why they made an appointment for my husband when they told me they didn’t have anything for me; I recorded the conversation to ensure I had proof of what they were saying. The lady at the front desk of LaserAway made me an appointment for Thursday at 8 p.m. I asked to please see the bottle before they injected it into me, and they told me they could not do it. I asked why. And they told me it is their rule. We walked away and called the corporation to complain. On Wednesday, the day before my appointment, I received a call from Taylor. She said she was from the corporation LaserAway. When she called me, I was at work. I answered my cellphone on speaker immediately; Taylor started screaming and rude; she would not let me explain my situation. My coworkers and clients at my office heard the conversation and could not believe someone from LaserAway corporate would speak to their client so unprofessionally. Taylor told me she would return my money, but I have not received it. I tried to call her back, but she would not answer.
