I purchased refrigirator from lowe's on 5/25/21. It was delivered the next day after a miserable effort which your staff failed to take. when it was delivered, we were informed the product was damaged and couldn't be left. It has been a night mare as we have lost food due to their in eptness. we had to return to lowes today to re - select a new product and was to be delivered tomorrow 5/28/21 and I recieved a call it would be here between 4:30 and 8: 30 p.m.? how long must we be punished? my wife is 73 yrs old I am 79. we are not in the best of health and I feel we should be treated a little better. After several efforts to contact your store, I was cut off the phone. I have dealt with home depot for many years until I had the same night mare a while back. Please show concern and help these old folks out. I will go back to lowes tomorrow and see if I can settle the issue.
