This is the second time that i've bought something from them that had hair in it and another time, they didn't make my order right, on top of the fact that the drive-through people are rude and all managment can say is "sorry". Do something about it if you value customer service.
I go to this jack in the box because it's the only place close to my job but their customer service is terrible and management is too. I called Jack in the Box corporate office on them. I pulled a long black hair out of my breakfast jack this morning and I called the manager and she had sorry but was very non-chalant about it. I decided to take a different route in the mornings and go to another Jack in the Box. It is out of the way from my job but I'm fed up with the staff there and messign up my orders! hair in food is totally unacceptable.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
