My Girlfriend went into your Casa De Oro store (#3195) today and was treated badly by the Cashier, Kyanna. She was at her register and called for next in line, while on her cell-phone. When my girlfriend walked over, Kyanna, told her she wasn't next, left he register, and proceeded to take items off the register next to hers even though those people were already in the process of being checked-out. She cussed my girlfriend out. When I went in to complain to the manager (Azniv), Kyanna became even more aggressive and left her register to attack me. She was held back by other employees and removed from the scene. Is this the kind of people your company wants representing you? I will speak with David (The Store Manager) tomorrow. If Kyanna is not terminated, I will be filing a lawsuit against your company for racism, threats of bodily harm, and pain and suffering!
