I ordered artificial turf on May 6th all it said in My Lowe's was order received. It never changed. I started calling on May 12th, no-one could answer where my order was. On May 16th another call. On the phone for 32minutes and 48 seconds. They transferred me numerous times and still no one knew anything. They would call the vendor. On May 18th I called and Rose from the Vista store said she has been with Lowe's for 18 years and she would make sure she got me an answer, after 32minutes and 48seconds she said the vendor shipped it and it would be there on May 20th. I called on May 21st and after 43 minutes and 36 seconds, again no one could tell me a thing. They would call the vendor again. I have spent 82 minutes and 05 seconds on the phone since May 12th. You have my $224.34 on my Lowe's credit card. I need some help, I'm getting beyond frustrated. This from Lowe's Home Improvement in Vista California.
