Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Rude service. Not the car I paid for or reserved

Hello. Initially rented a compact or economy car in Billings. They only had a sedan. I was in an accident with it (not my fault). I was towed to Casper Wy to get a sub. Within a half hr the car was making loud noises. I couldnt go over 40mph on the interstate. Road side was not helpful. I got to my destinatio. After 5 long hrs and in the morning I called the FtCollins, Co location. They said theyd have an economy car for me. When I got there, the man at the desk was so rude. His name was andrew. He said hes NOT giving me a car. Very matter-of-factly. Instead, I got a huge gas guzzling SUV. Which defeats the purpose of why I rented a vehicle. Because I wanted it to get better gas mileage than my truck and this one did not. I asked him if any other location has a car and he was so rude. He said no general manager is going to trade it in for you and that’s just the way it is. Then he gave me the car with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I thought they always give it to you full and we return it full. As soon as I got on the highway and realize this I asked him if I could get it filled on the way back in an hour. He said no I’m not gonna fill it for you. He was so rude the whole way through. I deserve better than this. I paid for an economy car thinking I was gonna get an economy car and I did not. Not only that I did not get the roadside service I needed when I was given a vehicle that didn’t work. And the third trade-in was even worse. Not only did I lose money on this rental because it was more expensive than my own vehicle but I was treated poorly and lied to. Why allow someone to rent in economy car when there is none available? And why give someone an empty gas tank. And why be as rude as you are, and not have a good customer service. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never rent from enterprise again. The gentleman in Fort Collins Colorado on Mulberry Street needs to be disciplined

Desired outcome: Money back and better training and manners for Andrew at Ft Collins Mulberry location.
