Walmart - discrimination

SM and CSM accuse me of stealing a giftcard along with threatening to kick me out of the store. They both concluded they weren't going to help me due their "theories" so they had me wait for an hour while they sat in the surveillance room trying to come up with a plan to prove I was lying. In the meantime, the CSR that initially helped me showed up at the Customer Service area (where we were waiting) and I explained the situation to her and she agreed that she did put both transactions on one card. So I asked if she could go in the room where both managers were to inform them that she put both transactions on one giftcard and not two (which they accused me of having two). So she did exactly that and when both managers knew they were in the wrong had the nerve to send the CSR back to the Customer Service desk and swipe to gift cards. They both then came out and the SM walked right past us and didn't say anything and the CSR came and said they "miraculously" found the other gift card. I told her she was lying and watched the CSR come out and swipe both cards to make it appear that they found it and wasn't going to stay another hour to have them come up with another lie. So I had her copy all receipts and left the store. Due to the location where this took place (Customer Service area with 10 cameras) and the receipts proving they lied and humiliated me in front of several customers, I can prove that both the SM and CSR showed no integrity with how they handled the situation but also set a bad example in front of several CSR's in showing them how to treat customers in general that have a situation like mine. And to show that when in the wrong to not apologize to the customer but instead to kick them out of the store. I want to make sure these two Managers are dealt with because they continue to give Wal-Mart a bad name.

Recently a friend was denied employment at the Vestal Walmart super center due to a conviction for a misdemeanor in 2003. Shortly after that an employee who has constant problems with an assistant manager found out that this asst manager who brags about being a former State Law Officer was not only forced to resign from law enforcement or be charged with theft of property but also was out on bail for several charges of which one was robbery when he was hired. He plead guilty to one or more of these charges and is still employed as an asst. manager at Walmart. How does this not create some type of discrimination? This asst. manager also smells of alcohol on a regular basis and nobody does anything about it. If anyone would like the newspaper articles on this asst.

Greetings, today at Wall-mart I was denied service at a money center by three managers insisting that I did not have proper ID to receive service. The cashier was respectful and stated that I needed to speak to a Manager if I wished to seek further resolution. Then came Shawn, a customer service manager, whom did nothing in the form of customer service and managed only to encourage other associates to one look with disapproval as though I was somehow wrong. Shawn then called Brian whom was of no help either and he proceeded to call Mr. Smith (Store Manager I believe.) whom stated that in order for me to do business in this way (obtain a moneygram with my name on it) I needed to produce a SSN, Military ID, Tribunal ID, State ID, US Passport. He tells me that my Passport is foreign, I tell him that I have none of the other so-called required documents, but I do have a SAM'S CLUB CARD. He says its still not enough. I then pull out a state authenticated document stating my nationality and my reasons for not having ID. He laughed at it, I asked him if Walmart's policy superceceds the laws of Florida and its jurisdiction, he says yes and further states that the company is private and has its own policy. I stated that he was violating my rights, he said no I am not. I asked him again to look at the documents (to avoid further complications) he said no, I don't need to because I am not in line with Walmart's ID policy. Also, consider that all three Managers circled around the area in a psychologically intimidating manner to deny me my right to enjoy a liberty that other citizens enjoy. I may not be a US citizen, but I am a real life flesh blood person and am afforded unalienable rights by the Constitution.
None of these people cared that my non-use of these devices of ID were an exercise of my rights as a natural person to live free and in service of the Creator. These individuals made light of me proclaiming my nationality, therefore showing deep disrespect for my people, my Creator, and my way of life. I have yet to receive my moneygram.

Sorry this happened to you. Be greatful you dont work for them. If I didnt need some sort of job I would definatly NOT be working for them. I am always searching for a new job to get out of that screwed up "made in China" store. The CSMs that I have had to deal with are nasty ppl and the managers are just as bad. They lie like dirty stinking rugs to not only customers but to employees.

I like to shop for walmart, but I also like to have the opportunity to work the company too. After I have tried many times I have not been successful.

they require certain federal documents for moneygrams, just because you have a sheet that explains why you dont have those documents doesn't mean it is sufficient for a moneygram. pretty much those federal documents that are required can only be obtained by a U.S. citzen

They should have been kinder to you, but their reason of requiring federal ID's may truly be a policy. I understand that that can be upsetting but the constitution does not guarantee your right to be given a moneygram. Have you tried going elsewhere?

I pray that the walmart will go out of business very soon because they wronged so many people in the past. They discriminated and enslaved and subjugated many people. They have the mosted ###ed management I have ever seen in my life. This is nastiest company I have ever seen. I will never shop at walmart !
