Shaquelle Hallum verbally assaulted and harassed an employee to the point of quitting, he also harassed this employee online as well as someone telling him to remove the vulgar and unprofessional comments towards an employee on social media then began to physically threaten people to show up to the store to fight and also threatening a single mother to be assaulted by his wife for him. also began using profanity and demeaning words just to agitate the situation. then continues to boast that dollar tree needs him and will never get rid of him that he is safe and untouchable and will not repent from his behaviors. two corporate complaints were filed online and ignored by his supervisor. they also called the supervisor to address that he was on store property threatening and using his phone to demean the employee he harassed and slammed the store doors in his face then text him after he left harassing him again then continued on Facebook. this is very unprofessional and does not shed or set a good example on how employees should maintain professionalism at all times.
