I made a tire rotation appt.first week of October it took my three days because no one answered the phone.You can't even dial into customer service no one answered.I finally dialed into the bakery who transferred me to service center to make appt which I did.I had bought four tires so I get free rotations.I had to cancel appt.and reschedule.Here we go again no one picks up any kind rings rings rings constantly.Fifty five minutes of ringing I again dial into bakery who gets me a manager.I tell him what has been happening his response to me is it's a very busy store.Im like WHAT.No apology no customer service.How do you run a company like this I have worked in retail we or our managers could never say that to a customer.We are a busy store Wow!
