BJ's Wholesale Club - Same day select deliver service

Requested a cancellation of my Same Day Select Deliver Service on Oct. 30, 2023. I have been trying to get a credit/refund on the remaining balance. After numerous telephone conversations and emails with your customer service, I still have not received anything. It should be noted that a number of your customer service people on the phone, hung up on me. This also occurred at the Waterbury store as well, where I had the service. My membership number is [protected]. My name is Joseph Discepolo.
