ON 4/19/2023 AT 20:10 I went thru self-checkout and rang in item in twice I waited for assistance as 4 employees were busy talking and giggling. One of them finally assisted me after I yelled excuse me, she was not pleasant. She told me to go to customer service. I went to customer service, which was closed. An associate was pleasant and helpful and called a manager to help me. A manager came, I showed him the double ring and without a word started opening my bags. I asked him what he was doing and he said, checking your bags to see if you only had one. Now I felt like a thief. Another manager came up and says who are the problem. Now I am a problem. In one visit I was
