I returned a rental on 12/31/21 per my rental agreement, however the branch was closed until 1/3/22. The branch charged from 12/31/21-1/3/22 in error on their part. As a result, my deposit was not returned. I have spoke with staff, management and corporate and have gotten the runaround... to date, I have not received my deposit/refund. Attorney next
Desired outcome: Refund of $300 deposit
I am a platinum member of Enterprise. I rented a vehicle on 12/29/2021 and returned the vehicle on 12/31/2021, per the rental agreement. After one week, I contacted the branch to inquire about my refund because I never received a receipt nor refund. I was told that I was not due a refund because I returned the vehicle on 1/3/2022. 4 months no ref.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
