I am on a tight budget, but saw the beautiful shoreline rectangle placemats and decided to splurge. I didn’t realize it came in two patterns and ended up with 3 matching and one odd. I returned to the Crystal River store to exchange, but they were out. You don’t take returns at all, so I called the store in homossassa to make sure they had the ones I was looking for as it’s a bit of a drive and the extra gas would strain my budget. I was assured by two employees that they had the placemats I was looking for so I drove straight there. Not only did the stir NOT have them, the employee stocking the area had no idea what I was talking about and said she had NEVER seen them.
Desired outcome: I’d like the placemats.
