I am a very successful business owner in Jacksonville Fla I came in your store to exchange a blender., the cashier stated that I couldn't return or exchange the blender because it was over 50 dollars and the store policy is that you cant exchange or return with out a reciept or the card that was used to purchase it. I ask to see the store manger her name was Emeral a team leader. she stated that because of the theft's in the store location this is why they made this decision. all I wanted to do was to exchange the item that was a gift. she was very very rude. she made a statement as if all black people steal and is hoodish. My question to Walmart is why some of your Walmart stores does not operate like this. you all knew when you open this store in this area that people are going to steal, why do we all have to suffer for the bad ones? Its call Greed you cant keep treating all of your customers as if we all are a thief. There are many many honest hood people its your greed put you there. I tried to buy another blender even though they would not return the other one, she told me she didnot have to sell the new one to me she started a argument with me and would not sell me the other one as if she owned the store. That was very unprofessional. she ran off a great paying customer that do not steal. you can tell that customer service is not your priority. your lead person was a poor lead person.
Desired outcome: you need to really have proper training. for your employees ..
Walmart - Treatment and Discrimination
Walmart has had the Hart Shop Vac on sale, I finally found one in stock at the Walmart on Normandy Blvd store #01083 The tag shows the sale price of $ 29.99 for the 6 gallon and the 8 gallon. The Website also shows it as a rollback price , sold and shipped by Wal-mart as well. When i get to the register it rings up $66.00 The girl tells me she cant honor the price until we walk back there and look, she tells me to come with her, she takes photos of the tags and items on the shelf, we walk back to the front and she says she cant change the price due to it being a huge amount of difference. I said on your web-site it shows its on sale . She tells me WE DONT PRICE MATCH. I said I dont want you to match a price I want you to honor the price that you have it advertirsed for in store and online as well as what it was sold to my sister for. Who by the way was checking out at another register. She says I have to get the manager, after waiting another 15 min. the so called manager on duty walks over to me and says she Will only take 10% off and she isnt willing to sale it to me. She takes it out of my cart and walks away when I asked why she says again I wont sale this item to you at that price. She had a horrible attitude and gave No reason what so ever as to why she wouldnt honor the price. I wasted my time driving to that location and I have never heard of such a thing. Everything is on camera and recorded in there store, They voided the transaction when i wasnt willing to pay full price and I Left.
Desired outcome: I would like a reason as to why This happened and I would like to know why walmart is allowing this treatment of its customers.
Walmart - knowingly selling rotten vegetable and fruit
Yesterday I went into Walmart to get some stuff for dinner, it was about 1:30 the produce department had a bad smell, and nats flying around most of the produce, when I went to find an employee I overheard one arguing with a manager about putting produce backout on the sales floor after it had been in the back of the store for more than a few hours, that manager called another manager over and took him away from the area, about 10 minutes later I saw him leaving the store looking pretty mad, I think he was hurting since he had a sling on, I don't know his name since he wasn't wearing a name tag, this store treats its employees terrible and knowingly sells bad vegetables and fruits, I hope he has it in him to report it since he stood upto the managers, since I am going to report it to the food and health department, as is I am probably never going to shop here again, and am more then willing to pay a little more for my food knowing thats its fresh, and im not going to get sick because of it, this store has been saying its family friendly and caring, in my opinion this is just a big lie.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
