Dollar General Store #10661, 2172 SE Baya Dr. in Lake City, Florida at approximately 4:20 pm on 08/17/2021. I attempted to buy 2 gallons of Clover Valley Vegetable oil at $7.00 each. I attempted to pay with my SNAP card ending in 2384. On the screen it appeared to have gone through but the screen froze at the end if the transaction. Because of the glitch, and then the extended wait, the cashier asked me to go to the next register where Thaddeus was working. Using the same card, There was an error. I knew I had over $100 on the card. It kept having an erroe so my neighbor allowed me to use his card. Doing so, The transaction went through. After coming home to check my card with customer service, It was determined that Dollar General's error had taken all of the money off of the card except for $2.36. I went back to see if The error could be fixed and the acting manager at 7:22 pm, (who would not even give me her name) was there working with Thaddeus, The young man who was extremely helpful to me. Let me know that the young lady who was working earlier will be working in the morning there. The woman who worked the night shift was extremely rude to me and I was very kind to her even while she was terrible to me. What can I do?
Desired outcome: Put my money back on my card. I am broke.
