On Sunday 26th 2023 at 8:07pm I went to Bjs to purchase several things and one of the items I had had a different price online than in the store so I wanted to see if I was able to apply the promotion at store or if there was something I could do to get the deal. I called for assistance and they send me the manager Michelle, she was very uncordial rude and not the best body language, she was upset because she said she was at her break and I interrupted her. She had a bad attitude towards me didn't wanna help at all as well as she didn't provide additional ways to help me she was very negative and said no no I won't give you the deal. When I asked if I purchase it online now and show the receipt can I take it already now and she looked at me and said are you going to steal the merchandise I felt offended by her right away so I said no you are misunderstanding I will never do an illegal action like that. She made me feel mistreated accusing me of such a bad thing I requested her to provide me her name and she refused to it turning around and laughing with other young colleagues about me. This is the first time I have ever felt so bad at bjs I please request to escalate this incident to avoid losing customers because this lady has no manners treating people right. I feel accused and unfairly treated
