BJ's Wholesale Club - grocery cart for handicap people

This happen on 1/4/2024

In store # 367 in Coral Way, Miami, Fl. all the grocery carts are all over the parking lot.

I am a handicap person and it is hard to walk all over the parking lot to get the cart.

I asked the lady at the front door why and her answer was "per the mgr. Julio the carts are left in the parking lot because he does not like then at the front of the store".

Maybe since I am a handicap person this police should be corrected so Costco will give a better service.
