There were brown plastic lattice in the 50% off section, once I inquired that the product was in the 50% section it was verified as yes. Then I asked for the cost to purchase. It was not available on their system, so the Manager (Matt in Ocala) had to look up cost. Matt came back that the product was misplaced in store (there a lot of the product in the section I inquired about) and would not honor the store advertised price. Matt was not help and was very unprofessional. He did not care that the customer was upset. I had to WAIT over 20 minutes for his assistance then did not try to make it right. Matt needs a discipline letter in file and retrained on customer service. Matt basically ignored my plea or explanation. This BAD for business. I will bring all my business to Home Depot.
Desired outcome: Matt needed to honor Lowe’s store advertising. He needs discipline letter in his employee file and retrained on customer service.
Lowe's - Cashier / and how we were treated
We were shopping in your West Ocala store and spend over 1600.00 in your store, too only be treated like we were stealing. Door being locked in a temp to stop us from getting out. Now we paid for everything but was being treated in the most rude and the most embarrassing way. Your cashier her name is Maryann and if that the way your company treats their customers shame on this store. We don't steal and don't have to... So there was no need for us to be treated in that manner. Maryann should be reprimanded for how she treated us today. There was no need for her to be so rude and nasty... If that's how she represent your store and your company something has to be done about her... And look at the cameras and see the action that was taking. Sad... And reading your complaint details on being polite and avoid using cap letters and spell check. What a joke. Tell Maryann to be polite to your customer that's should be what's important to your company.
Lowe's - Warranty repair and physical damage by lowes employees
I have been trying to get our dishwasher repaired since 4/20. After being given the wrong number to warranty service and months of unanswered calls I returned the dishwasher to point of purchase. I was told by at least 4 employees over the course of a month it would be taken care of not to worry. After a month I was told they could not help me with it and to take the dishwasher home. When I arrived to pick it up there was damage to the front and was told that it was not much damage I disagree its a new dishwasher. I took it home reinstalled and waited on a repairman from MD Appliance repair. They did send a repairman who spent most of his time telling my wife Lowes does not pay enough to repair Samsung junk equipment. He did order parts in November and we had an appointment scheduled for 1/2/21 between 9-3. At 3 we assumed we were stood up again and left our home. At 4:30 the technician left a voicemail that he could come. On 1/8/21 I called the repair center to get another appointment explaining I could not continue to miss work days and would like a time window of 2 hours please at which time I was hung up on by the manager. Help please! We purchased an extended warranty plan and Lowes has wasted almost a year of it
Desired outcome: Damaged door on dishwasher replace and dishwasher repaired or replaced.If not we would like to return all appliances in the package and our money refunded
