This afternoon I went in to return 3 items which I purchased the previous day. When I got up to the desk and presented my items and receipt, the employee said "where are your stickers?", to which I asked "what sticker?" The employee then irritably said "when you walk in, your supposed to get stickers for returns, go have the person at the door put stickers on your items." I had no idea I needed said stickers, so when I initially walked in, I walked past the person at the door who was already busy looking at somebody's receipt as they were leaving. If the person at the door was supposed to give me a sticker, shouldn't they have said so as I walked by them? Anyway, I go and have the person at the door put a sticker on the items. When I went back to the customer service desk, the same employee said "You can't just ask the person at the door for a sticker, they have to see you walk in with the stuff", and then said "I'll just have loss prevention watch the camera and verify you came in with this stuff". As she's treating me like some criminal, a rather long line of people are looking at me like the criminal this employee is implying I am. Finally, a manager walked up and said to the customer service employee to go ahead with the return. Mind you, neither the manager nor the employee apologized once for this 35 minute, ridiculous encounter.
