on february 15, i ordered over $50 in dove products with an advertised $10 back in rewards on order BBB******3737. two parts of the order were lost and had to be resent. as for the reward, i still haven't received it. in the past month, i spoke with grace, maricel, someone else i cant remember, hansel and floyd. yesterday, hansel said he would put the $10 in my funds. "it will be ready in 30 minutes," he said. six hours later, it wasn't. i spoke to floyd, who said he would add another $5. he didn't. today, i finally see the $10 WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE OF TODAY! AYKM? today i called the 800 BBB to ask for an email to customer service and got no help. "there is no email address," she said. i call bull**** on that. so, i took to the internet and found this forum. my God, BBB sucks. no wonder you're closing stores. you advertise offers that will never be fulfilled. your c/s chatters make promises that they either can't fulfill or rescind. the only modes of help are phone call or chat and those are quite clearly USELESS.
Desired outcome: i want $10 and $5 in NONexpiring dollars. i want an apology for the way EVERYONE in your organization who touched this has screwed up. i want a written commitment from you that you will endeavor to do better.
