On 5/22/21, I ordered nearly $3000 in Levolor custom cell motorized cellular blinds from Lowe's store # 1113. The blinds arrived about a week and a half later. Chrome Installation was the vendor covering this project and the installers were Kelvin & Aaron, who by the way were very professional and easy to work with. At install, 2 of the blinds (windows) malfunctioned and 1 blind's length (slider) was incorrect. Lowe's employee, Niecy, was made aware of this on several occasions and to date, she has refused to reorder the blinds that malfunctioned and only recently scheduled an installer to come out and "re-measure" for the slider. I continue to request that the malfunctioned blinds be reordered and this employee will not honor my constant requests. She presents a very hostile, combative and boisterous behavioral towards me. I have complained to 2 store managers. My last conversation was with store manager Kadree on 6/28, who assured me that this matter would be resolved the next day. I never heard back from Kadree. Today, 7/2, I went to the Lowe's store to inquire about an automotive call I received from Chrome Installation to schedule an appointment because the details of the appointment wasn't provided. It was my hope that the appointment would to install the new blinds and to measure for the slider blind. However, much to my dismay, after employee Wilnise researched my order, the blinds had not been ordered. My order is completely paid for and it is baffling that after speaking with Niecy at great length on Saturday 6/26 that this matter is not resolved because she refused to complete the work. Even as of today, I received a message from her through Wilnise that Niecy refuses to place my order as requested.
Desired outcome: I want this installation project to be completed before the end of next week, no exception.
