On 11-03-23 and 11-05-23 on these dates I went to the store to purchase some items with my disable son and on the day 11-03-23 I came into the store looking for One particular thing it was a eye brown pencil in the cosmetic section, there was a lot of containers and bins blocking the that section, that was not put up and displayed, so I asked the manager did she had any of the pencil She then begin to screaming at me about how she was back up with product and she haven’t got to it and she just hired 2. People with her hands waving all over the place Then I said you need to calm down, as she walked away, To her office, she then turned and said No! I don’t have to and want, So the few things that I purchased the sale rep check me out, I was, I felt disrespected, even then toward this person attitude it was despicable in front of me and my disable son - On 11-05-23 when I went back to the store to see if they had put up Some of the inventory but upon arriving they’re going to the cosmetic section again the bins where still in front of the the section, I politely asked her The same question were some of the product was gonna be put up on the shelves so I would leave and come back later but After asking her that question she got totally irate it seriously more angry than ever with me she was screaming yelling at me she stated that she was getting sick and tired of me coming in they’re asking The same question over and over about the product - Then she begin to run down to me how she don’t have staff, and how products are back up - and she is the only one in the store - and I stated to her you don’t have to be rude to me because I only been nice to you and I am not going to be coming in here and taking this kind of abuse from you then the 2 items I had in my hand in a rude tone she said is this will be all - I said yes, and check out - discuss, appalled and was so disrespected in front of my son she gave me no respect whatsoever and that is why I’m making a complaint because I’ve never been so humiliated and treated so bad and talked down to.. Every since she’s been the manager in the store is been going downhill and our neighborhood inventory has been backed up not just months couple of years now and they will never catch up and the store will never have product on the shelf like it’s supposed to, every time I go in the store and ask for anything this person has a very bad attitude food is not on the shelf product is not put on the shelf crates are all in the aisle you can fall and hurt yourself with that crates that are stacked up in the aisle the aisle where they have not began to put product on the shelf this is on a daily basis and it seems like nobody truly cares.. I have complain about this issue for the last two years to your headquarters I have spoke to people over the phone general manager that is over that particular store he has not done anything to improve the situation this Manager do not care about the customer nor she cares anything about the store she sets out in her Denali as smoke cigarettes and go into the store when she get good and ready the store do not have baskets I asked her where were the baskets she chewed my head off and said the shopping cart are the bestest use those but I could not use those little shopping carts because the aisle was fill with product and you could not maneuver the shopping carts around The isles do to the clutter of product that was not put upon the shelf’s - I am going to be going elsewhere I don’t feel comfortable no respected in this store this person don’t take responsibility for nothing instead case this manager rather complain and argue with the customers which is us about how the store is backed up with amatory is she short of staff and cannot keep nobody working in the store no more than a couple of days to maybe a week maybe just have something to do with her attitude and her rudeness and are not taking responsibility for her actions.
Desired outcome: My desire is to first see this manager fired or move to another location because .
