I went to the Dollar tree in Venice FL, US 41 by Jacaranda. As always it was very busy with only two registers open. I gave the cashier (who was the manager Jeff) the exact amount and told him no receipt needed. He told me I must select no receipt. With covid as bad as it is, I don't use a credit card so I don't touch the germ infested keypad. Given my response I was told By the manager " if I didn't like the way they do things, then don't shop here again".
I might suggest with covid, perhaps the cashiers could use the keypad while wearing a glove if they cannot press on the register. As for the Manager, he has absolutely NO people skills. Perhaps he should be trained to deal with customers, stay in the office, stock shelves, he doesn't respond well to customers.
