I ordered a nearly $200 fruit arrangement on thursday april 2 and paid in full. I called the wellington florida office this morning to find out the status of the delivery. Not only did they not create the promotional easter arrangement, the store manager, sue told me to 'f-myself. '. According to her computer, the easter arrangement was to be delivered in may. She stated that they do no review their orders despite requesting telephone number to contact the customer for any issue. Now, my 7 grandchildren were cheated out of a gift and I have paid nearly $200 for nothing but heartache. How embarrassing, humiliating and down right bad business. I personally do no know anyone who would order an easter arrangement for delivery other than easter. Learn by my mistake. If the staff at the wellington florida edible arrangement location does not read any orders, you will end up the same as me. I intend to follow up with the department of consumer affairs, their corporate office and to post notices in plain sight so that no one else will ever have to go through the humiliation of relying on this company to do what they promise.

I would recommend not ordering from this company. I used an online coupon code and when the order was charged to my card the coupon was not applied, even though the confirmation email confirmed that it was applied to the total. Furthermore, the product was never delivered. Poor customer service.
I've used coupon code enough time but I’ve found no issue at all. This is a special case, I think you should contact to the store nearest to you for more details.
