My Husband Joe Nava placed my Valentine's Day order on 2/9/24 in the amount of $201.29. My order was never delivered! My Husband kept calling and emailing and no response. This ruined my Valentine's Day and we have been asking for a refund and haven't received it yet. My husband had to spend an additional $154.96 for a small arrangement at a different flower shop to try and make up for the ruined day. We are very disappointed with your services.
Claimed loss: $201.29 plus $154.96 = Total $356.25
Desired outcome: Refund the amount of $356.25 immediately.
