We purchased a basket for Mother's Day for $133. for the party with my children and family, only for it to arrive at 8:30 pm after everyone had left and gone home. The strawberries were dripping off the coating and the fruit was warm! And it was delivered in a van with No air conditioner! So my fruit had to be thrown away before a few days and wasn't able to enjoy it before heading straight to the kitchen because it was leaking all over the place! So if you think that's fair then okay!
And when calling the store, the lady didn't really seem to care! And didn't even offer a 10% discount for the next purchase, just nothing! But, after all of that experience, it's not like we'd ever try that again! Or refer it to anyone we know or work with! I found it to be a Complete Rip Off! And nobody's even cared to call after writing my first complaint and giving you our phone number so you could hear it first hand how bad the experience was! And how the store could care less! And that was supposed to be a wonderful celebration with the help from your company? And I guess that's okay! So that's something I just don't understand! Because word of mouth saying mountains, especially since I'm an Amazon employee! With bulletin boards and other social outlets, along with Facebook!

Edible Arrangements - My mother day delivery
I ordered my wife the large basket of fruit for $133 because her children were going to be there and it was going to be a great party for her since she's been having such bad health lately. So I ordered it and we waited all day long and it never arrived until 8:30pm! The children had already gone home, the coating on the strawberries were dripping off everywhere making a huge mess. My wife didn't even get a chance to eat one after she saw what it looked like, plus it wasn't there in time for her celebration with her children for her Mother's Day! And yes she cried like any mother would! To see how much nicer it could have been and why I was trying to get more things for everyone to enjoy eating when most of them are veggie eaters only, and I didn't have the proper food for her party or children to enjoy. And who wants to eat a dripping strawberry? So I called the store and she wanted to send me more fruit? So I said no, how about a refund and she did refund my money, but who can refund my wife's Mother's Day with her children for the first time in 5 years! So I would never purchase anything from you again or refer you for anyone's occasion, since there seemed to be not much caring about my situation here! I don't really think that the lady I was speaking with even cared about any part of my situation, which of course makes this worse. My phone number is [protected] and my name is Michael Green.
