Attention Customer Service,
Attached you will find my receipt for our dinner tonight. My money is too hard earned not to make a complaint tonight regarding our dinner. I purchased my two meas through the drive-thru. It was after I arrived home that we discovered that our fish, hush puppies, french fries, and okra were way overcooked. If, we did not live so far from this particular Captain D's, we would have returned the food for a refund. We have never had food from this location that was overcooked as these dinners were. Why in the world did the person taking care of my order, not returned the food to the cook when he saw the condition it was in? I know for a fact that everything is checked before leaving that drive thru.
I would like some kind of compensation for this order that I spent $22.20 on. If you would like to deduct our drinks. coleslaw, and corn from the menu price, that is fine. Those items were edible.
