We orginally started the process in Feb/March 2022. We got frustrated because we didn't care for the general contractor that took 4 or 5 pictures so we went to Home Depot. We ended up going back to Lowes because I did not care for the tile choices at Home Depot, we went back and started the process with picking options at Lowes. This was a lot of needless visits to see the project manager, as we were left having to repeat ourselves over and over again. No notes being taken (I might add). We finally reach the agreed upon cabinets and paid for them May/June. Fast forward to now, we still do not have the cabinets finished, no countertops and NO RUNNING WATER. We have called and sent emails and spoken to PM, store manager, customer service and do not get anywhere. Days/weeks go bye and we do not here from anyone. And when we approach the project again, It's like we have to start all over again with incorrect orders, mismatched colors, unfinished work and the list goes on and on. We have been asked to take pics many many times, things have had to be re-ordered multiple times. We don't know what else to do. We have invested so much time trying to get momentum going and practically doing the PM's job. We need to be re-imbursed for the time, effort and inconvenience this has placed on me and my family. I have exhausted my resources and don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP!
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for all the time we've invested and the lack or finished work, let alone sloppy workmanship.
