Made a purchase of 3 monster bottled caffe coffees last night, march 28, 2019. This morning, the 29th, I opened a vanilla flavored monster caffe coffee bottle and apparently it is out of date, because it smells and tastes bad, and it looks like it has curdled. This isn't the first time i've had issues at this store. Apparently the regional or district manager isn't doing their job by hiring competent store managers. The conveyor belt at the cash register has been broken for at the least, 2 years. I've complained about that previously. Also, their freezer section has doors on them that you can hardly open because the handle is broke off. How are we supposed to buy from you when we can't even get to the merchandise? This store is always cluttered, mostly by huge carts with products on them in the middle of aisles. I shop at this store on a regular basis. Each time I go in, it's apparent that nothing is getting done there. I'm almost to the point of driving a little further and shopping at another store. When is anyone in your office going to listen? What does it take? Do I need to blog crap on social media to get the attention this store needs? I really hope I hear from someone about this, because right now i'm throwing up from an out of date product you stocked. And believe me; monster has heard from me too.
