Lowe's - Pella windows

February 2021 we had Mr. Towns out to our home to discuss placing new windows to our house. Order was placed and paid for (20k) in February. Delivery of the windows occurred on Memorial Day. Lowe's used a third party delivery guy to deliver 20k in windows. Needless to say, this was not their specialty. I had broken windows and damaged screens. The next day was installation day for the remaining windows. Six of our windows came sized wrong. So now I have a broken window in the front of my house with duct tape on it, a large Palladian window that should have dark brown trim around it to match the others on the front of the house, has white trim around it. Mr. Towns claimed that the sash for the broken front window would come in three weeks later and he would be out to install it. It is now August, the sash has not been installed or arrived nor has our 6 appropriately sized windows been installed. Communication from the team is lacking. You can't speak to anyone directly. The project manager won't answer his phone and will only answer emails when he feels the need to. Our sliding windows from Pella are amazing. My recommendation would be to not buy windows from Lowe's. This is not a professional job by any means, if anything Lowe's is very unprofessional. Buy directly from the vendor. I will certainly never trust Lowe's to do a "home improvement" project for me again

Desired outcome: My correct windows installed, the project to be completed as it should be with windows having correct trim and broken window sash fixed.

Lowe's - Cabinetry order complaint / lack of customer service

Ordered Cabinets and having to chase the order because the Lowe's staff at 3250 Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30144 fail to answer the phone, respond to emails pr return calls from messages left for them. We ordered cabinets for our basement build out and some were delivered and others were being shipped. The sink base cabinet apparently wasn't in so the staff took a standard cabinet and altered it! It looks horrible and has damage on the back left side with what appears to be the orginal front of the drawer removed partially attached that keeps falling off.

I got tired of attempting to contact them by phone or email so I drove to the store for a status of approx delivery time for the outstanding cabinets to be delivered. Spoke briefly with Rich Gross the store manager that insisted on taking my contact information for him to call me back, when I pushed back on getting an update while in the store, he said that he was going back to check on the order and left me hanging and NEVER returned to speak with me. I was standing in the store for over 30 minutes when an associate approaching me asked if I needed assistance, when I said I'm waiting on Rich to check the status of my cabinet order the associate asked what my name was. Rich litterally walked around the perimeter of the store to avoid dealing with me and handed my issue off to another associate. The time I spent in the store was over an hour. I was then told that all of the cabinets would be in on Wednesday and they would deliver them to my home on Thursday.

Much to my surprise, later the same eveing of my visit to the store the salesperson that sold me the cabinets "finally" called me for the first time ever since placing the cabinets and left me a voicemail to let me know that 2 of the cabinets were in the store, one would be delivered to their store on Wednesday evening and the 4th cabinet would be delayed. Then this morning... the other salesperson that initally drew out the kitchen layout finally responds to a several day old message saying the the cabinets were all delayed until mid-August.

Our experiece dealing with Lowe's and the cabinets has been frustrating to say the least! No one cares, there is zero customer service and the managment staff apparently doesn't deal with customer complaints. Over the course of the past 120 days we have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's, but when we need an update or the items we purchased there seems to be a huge problem.

We will NEVER shop at Lowe's again on any level, not even for a screw!

Desired outcome: Unresolved!
