I called to see if I could come in to take advantage of the 40% discount for another pair of glasses. I previously had my eye exam at this location in October 2021, so I was not due for another exam. I was not experiencing any eye problems... also, I did not like the eye doctor. She was very unprofessional, and I was not planning to return. Upon my arrival, 05/06/22, I checked in and again, informed them that I did not need another exam and only wanted to purchase another pair of glasses. The eye doctor escorted me into the exam room. I have IBS and was experiencing some uncomfortable bloating. She, Dr. Gresham. slammed the examining platform into my stomach and and asked, "can you see it now", referring to the letters on the wall. I told her I could not see the letters and she did not apologize or adjust the platform. Really irritated, I walked into the area to look at frames. A new employee approached me and asked me what was I doing in there? I left, terribly disappointed. I went back 06/03/22 to get my previous prescription from 10/21 and the most recent, 05/06/22. The manager was fervently writing on the papers he handed me. I do not trust either prescription for accuracy.
Desired outcome: This bogus exam was submitted to my insurance company. I am definitely needing to have another exam by a reputable doctor and I would like to have this charge reversed from my insurance or pay for another exam at another optometrist.

my lenses developed spider web like scratches. I bought two pair and only one developed the scratches.
