I went into jack in the box in Kahului, Hawaii yesterday 9/18 at 2:30pm the girl was rude when I pulled up I asked for my drink she grunted and after I got it she walked away the manager took over and handed me the wrong food I told her it was wrong she gave me the other bag which was correct. I went inside she never gave me the card back the employee scream at me in front of everyone her words were "I gave you your [censored]ing card back" the manager said, she said she give it back well she did not. I called the police and filed a complaint he went inside to look at the film and guess what? it doesn't work convenient and again she said her employee gave it back this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I am in Kahului, Hawaii 5,000 miles from home and all of my cash is gone. I called my bank which is in transition of a buy out so they cannot send me another card, all because of the rude incompetence of the management and the employee they have made my life hell. I call the corp. number and they are closed how lucky am I?
Desired outcome: I am a 1st responder for the fire. What would you like the outcome to be if it were you? What will replace what I lost? The manager and employee fired today! Corp is closed on a Tuesday at 1pm like the camera not working.
