We purchase a Maytag Washer Aug 15, 2015 and payed for extended warranty. The day the washer was delivered, it never made it into our home, they plugged it up in the garage and wouldn't power they loaded the washer back on truck. It was returned, never delivered. They did not have one in stock so we were credit $ back and told new washer will be in Sept 28, 2015. We decided to wait for it. We ask 1st to ensure the extended warranty date would adjusted to Sept 28, 2015 since we had not received any washer in our position. We were told it would be. Beginning of Aug we called to have repairs done on extended warranty and were told it had expired. We provided them with all the documents and we denied. We went back to Lowes where we purchase it and the Manager reviewed paper work and agreed and said the date of warranty should have been changed to Sept 28, 2015 and good until Sept 28, 2020, he gave me the reference number and was told it wold take 2-3 days to have it corrected. Today I called Lowes extended warranty and gave all paper work and Reference Number, the Lady told me NO, we are changing the date, I ask to speak to manager and she would pass to anyone. I went back to Lowes today was told they ask the extended warranty to fixed their oversight. The937 problem isn't Lowes store its the extended warranty at 1 888 7756937; I have photos of all receipts. We received no product until Sept 28, 2015
We've been trying to get our washer repair since beginning of Aug. Will not spin. SN of Unit: C53042540, we have been talking to Extended warranty at lowes for the past three weeks, and left messages. Today they told me they will not make any change and the store is blame. vr
