My wife stops by JB once a week as a rule. she is law inforcement and has been givin a discount for sometime (thanks for supporting these men&wemon that some want too defund). She came home last night with anger from the drive thru getting dinner. she went to the 7040 w. state st boise idaho store as normal... it appered the staff changed and was attemting to ask for the discount to a spanish gal that refused to honer the discount and was rud and spoke broken english and asked to talk to a manager that was also rud an refused to honer the discount. im writing in reguards to dis respect to my wife from the two there in the drive thru and the manager all speaking spanish laughing at her! needless to say when she got home she was upset and told me about this! with the laughing and disrespect to a law inforcment officer in the matter they did... I thru out the food thinking they my have spit on the food? The phone number for speaking to the manager is off the hook day and knight. needless to say I"m upset!
