I've been a regular customer at Dollar general for a couple of years now. I think you all need to check store number 19331. They have a very nasty manger named Veronica. She is so rude and pushy and she will complain about customers coming in the store "too early", but it's during open hours, and she does not understand that because of Covid AND the riots, we literally have nowhere else to shop and she should be grateful for our business.. So many times I've seen arguments go on between her and other customers because she likes to barely serve and then just push us out. I cannot continue spending my money where I feel like I'm not appreciate. They do have one young lady, she is very kind and has made my experience a little better, but hats only when I'm getting rung up by HER... Her name is Rachel and I could never ever forget such excellent customer service. but their manger needs to go! Thank you.
