The curtain rod I purchased on 01/23/2024 is defected. The rods are the exact size, which is causing one not being able to go into the other rod.
01/24/2024- I attempted to get a refund on this day, but I was told by the manager I needed to come back the next day to speak with the supervisor because she does not have the credentials to issue a refund. The supervisor will be in between 8 am and 1 pm.
1/25/2024- I requested to speak with the supervisor regarding getting a refund. Per the supervisor, we can't issue you a refund because the product is open. I asked how else I am to know if the product is going to fix or not if I don't open the product. I am returning the product because it is a defect. As you can see, the two poles are the same size, so because I was sold a defective product, I can't get my money back.
Per the supervisor - no, we can't take back open products

Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back, because the product has a defect.
