I made a reservation to reserve a car from Nov10th, 2022 - Nov12th, 2022. I picked up the car at 5.00pm on November 10th and I was due to return it on November 12th. I asked the agent in the office if it was okay to return at 4:30pm, he said "that's fine". I returned the car on Saturday at 4:30pm and on getting there I see that they are closed. I call the number on the complimentary card to let them know, I have a return but the agent said to look if they had a safe to drop off the key. They did not have a safe neither were other locations opened.
I sent an email to the email address provided to me to ask any questions if I had any questions. There's was no response.
They wound up charging me for 4 days when I only had the car for 2 days.
The email they provided me they said the only person with access to it was on vacation. The staff members were also rude.
Desired outcome: Ned my REFUND BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
