On Jan 1 at 8:53pm I let my wife out at door she needed 2 items so had to hurry. I parked & entered at 8:56 I didn't see her at register yet so I looked down a couple aisles. An employee stated we close at nine and I replied I know. As I was looking I could hear the person talking to the other staff up front he was saying some pretty mean things about me sound travels when a store is empty. I did not see my wife so I went directly to register she was already there. As I got to her I ask the employee why he was talking like that about me. He then started got nervous and started yelling and making threats. I said did I do something wrong why are u acting like this what did I do. Still no answer, at this point my wife, cashier and I were in disbelief. They were both terrified the cashier looked straight ahead at us avoiding eye contact with him. then I said you are not being professional I just want to pay for my wife's items. Instead of being out the door at 8:58 it was now 9:03. As we were finishing the transaction he calls the police gives a full description of me and says he wants me to leave and be banned. After getting into car 4 police cars surround us. I tell them what happened and they said it's becoming common around here. My wife has not left the house since. This was a hate incident I was targeted because the media has brainwashed these kids into thinking people of my age, sex and race are domestic terrorist. My wife & I are retired this employee was a kid of about 20. Most of my shopping was done here. We won't be able to go into another dollar general again.
Desired outcome: Let kid go he is a danger & give Cheryl Roe I believe is the manager a raise if not met I will speak to attorney
