I placed an order for delivery, they then canceled delivery the day of. Then tried to call and was told they would call me back but yet they did not take my name, number or any other information. This guy was rude and did not care a bit in your delivery department. Tried calling back 9 times and no one answered just went to a busy signal. I have purchased tens of thousands of dollars in the past years but no more. You people could care less about your consumer, you just want the money. When I purchased everything needed you had everything and then all of a sudden you have half of what was ordered on the day of delivery. I work for retailer for years and orders were pulled and tag for delivery the day of purchased not weeks later and the day of delivery. You cost me a contractor and lost money on paying contractor for your incompetence. You people are very incompetent and need to learn how to teach your employees how to handle orders and customers. I will go to your competitor and get the items I need, OH and don't worry you will never have to deal with me or my family members again.
Desired outcome: There won't be cause no one cares
