To insall a carpet took more than 3 months, product I select at store all times associate mentioned product is available and ready to install later installation company call product is not available then change dates many times. I wend many times and talk to the manager, requested I am open to install what ever carpet is available and ready to pay the difference. All times they said they will figure out and call me never they call, all the time I have to call no response then have to go to the store but no proper help. Finally they got product and install the carpet but could not install properly. On the stairs All over Nails are open, many times injured my family members due to open Nails. Call to lowes they refuse to take responsibility then Installation company gave the time to check, Manager came and check it and he agree that it is bad installation and his carrier never have that type of installation. Now it is more than 2 weeks no one showed up to fix these Nails. They gave time but no one showed up. It is hard for us to use stairs because nails are all over the stairs and can injure your feet. I never have that type of experience at any store where no one is ready (lowe's or Installer) to take responsibility and fix the issue. Very bad service and still having issue.
