Dollar Tree - Manager and assistant manager

I can't find a place on the Dollar Tree web site to submit a complaint.

On May 5, 2012 at about or around 5 to about 5: 30 P.M. there was a male customer in the store in Morehead, KY who was in obvious distress. A cashier Rachel(a woman in her late 40s) had already tried to help the man who told her he was having pain and sleeplessness for a couple days now. The assistant manager(Candace or Candice a female in her early 20s) never interacted with the customer at all. Instead she called her husband, a Morehead city police officer, to come and arrest him. Her husband and 5 of his buddies all surrounded this man and began making innuendo and outright accusations about him being on drugs. As they made him empty his pockets, some candy came out of his pocket and the assistant manager shouted, he stole that. The cashier said, NO, he had already bought that. Promptly hand-cuffed him and arrested him. I have no idea what charges this girl and her obviously crooked cop husband and his buddies have cooked up to justify the arrest because, the man was docile and compliant.

Directly after this callous display of complete disregard for another human being by the assistant manager(Candace or Candice) her husband and his buddies, the by that time understandably irate cashier(Rachel) announced she was leaving, and announced that this was her two weeks notice.

In conference with the manager, Blake. He stated his cousin(and nepotism shouldn't be allowed) did nothing wrong. She saw something out of the ordinary and it sacred her. The idea I get from that is anything mildly out of the ordinary is now a reason for the management to have any person arrested.

I no longer feel safe shopping at the Dollar Tree or (since they are the same company)Family Dollar stores under those circumstances. I now have the distinct worry that if I have an off or bad day and allow it to show, I'll be arrested, for the crime of having a bad day and being compliant when the management decides to call the cops.

Desired outcome: The dismissal of the nepotitic hired assistant amanger(Candace or Candice). The dismissal of the manager (Blake) for the nepotitic hiring and defense of the reprehensible treatment of customers. And, rehire of the kind cashier Rachel.
