I made a purchase of a bedroom set in August 2020, I have had problems with the purchase with the sales rep adding the wrong mattress and they were trying to charge me to delivery fees for their mistake. They don't give You a contract and I sent paperwork to them to drop the insurance and furniture gard and I don't know if it was taken off. I have talked to the Harvey, Louisiana store managers and sales rep about this situation still no resolution. I have called customer service to get a new contract with the right amounts and nothing. One of my account suppose to be 137.59 and the guy in customer service told me I need to continue paying 153.22 that's not right. I am so tied of talking to customer service reps because nothing get done.

Conn's Home Plus - service from associate and management! hidden charges and false information, never discussed with me?
on 7/6/2019 I Purchased with yes money financing. First of all, the associate at store 241, Dontell ask me to come in and see her.I asked her if I needed to bring anything? She replied NO Just your I.D. so the next day I went to meet her at the store. What an ordeal! She never once told me to bring my declaration page ( proof of Home owner Insurance) in order that i would not have to buy the insurance on the 2 Appliances I purchased? she also, did not take the delivery charge off my contract since I bought more than $799.00 worth of Appliance items? All these mistakes have totally thrown off the whole monthly payment amount, taxes, and more? When I arrived she pushed the contract in my face, never explaining anything about it, while she went off to other customers, whom she had also told to come in at the same time? Anyway, I called more than 5 times to speak with the manager, and he never contacted me once regarding my contract or my expierence? I finally heard from him in an e-mail the next day about my phone number being wrong for delivery service to call me! that was only after I Had to jump through hoops to find a way to reach him, the delivery dept. had e-mailed me about the fact that they could not reach me by phone and at that point it was after hours, and contacting anyone was almost impossible! A simple answering machine in the delivery dept. would have notified them of my actual phone number? NOW, I was told by store 241 to go to the veterans blvd. store in Metairie La, to see the manager in order to sign a new updated and corrected contract? I have left several messages at that store to have the manager call me so he could tell me what the best time would work for him to see me? Never heard a word since? From anyone? So my contract as far as I can tell is NULL and VOID, Correct, ha ha? The hidden fees and untold sneaky way of adding charges and never breathing a word of it, is a crime? It has been 5 days now, and still no response from either store, or anyone from your company at all? I have never been so disappointed with a companies lack of customer service in my life! I feel Violated and embarrassed for ever trusting your company at all. I should have walked out, like quiet a few other people did that day! Shame on me, But do something to reconcile this matter and call your employee's to clean up the mess they have created! I can only suggest a Mandatory customer service training program for all hires, old and new!
