I think it is only right to let you know about your disrespectful manager in Pineville, Louisiana. The explanation of the cause is given below:
I was in this store on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM. I went shopping and then silently waited in line to check out. There's just one cashier, as usual. The queue became longer as people stood in it, and still no one came out to assist the only worker. Not to mention that the manager and assistant manager's laughter and conversation could be heard by everyone in the store from the office. Following a nearly twenty-five-minute wait in line, BECKY, the so-called manager, exits her office. She starts berating the cashier, Angel, right away in front of everyone. Mr. Angel remained silent and carried out his duties. "Angel, your line is entirely too long. Why did you let it get this way?" asks BECKY, the manager. The cashier did not reply to messages. I eventually got enough of her rude remarks as she kept complaining to him, so I replied in addition to others. I said, "I think he is doing a great job considering he is the only one working." To that, Becky says, "I was in the office." I responded, "Yes we all know you was because we all heard you and the other man laughing and talking." "You need to mind your own business," she responded rudely to me. I responded, "You need to do your job and quit being rude." She was still being rude to everyone. A manager has no business acting in such an unprofessional and rudely manner as she did today. Regretfully, this is not the first time she has shown me such personal disrespect. I placed several online orders a few months back, and I had them delivered to the Pineville, Louisiana store. I got an email stating that the package had arrived. I went to get the stuff. Becky became irate while working since she had to get up out of her chair in office to find my package. She emerged as I was waiting at the warehouse door and remarked, "I am sick of people sending things to this store and making us look for it." This woman's lack of stocking abilities and constant presence of objects on the floor are other grievances. Once more, Becky answers questions from customers in an impolite manner. She must be stopped since this behavior is inappropriate. One employee is the reason the company is losing money, customers, and employees due to her inappropriate behavior and rudeness.
Claimed loss: No personal financial loss. However, unprofessional management is uncalled for.
Desired outcome: I apologize for this complaint; however, this woman (BECKY) must be stopped. There is no reason for this woman to be treating customers and employees in a disrespectful manner.
