Chocolates delivered but no basket of fruit. Daughter phoned, no apology just we will deliver tomorrow. Turned up next day but fruit was going over. I asked for it all to be delivered on Monday 13 April. Very disappointing and awful customer care.
I made a complaint by filling in a form. Was told 24 to 48 hours response, nothing. Seeing all the Complaints, I am surprised they are still allowed to trade
