Purchased two countertops online, after researching for the correct assembly.
I needed a 10ft RH and a 6ft LH, so they butt up together. A week had passed with no status. I finally went store after being told it was available for pickup. The items in the holding aisle were not the items I ordered. I brought this error to the salesman in the kitchen dept, We both went to the aisle and he saw the dicrepancies. He assured me it would be resolved. Two days later I get a call claiming the countertops I ordered were available for delivery, that i had to pay for...because? They delivered the same items that was in the aisle that was iincorrect. I called customer care immediately and they assured me that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Never happened, so I called again aafter waitng 30 minutes again until I got a custmer care associate. So I was told again that the matter would be elevated to resolve issue. And to top off the BS and runaround Im getting from LOWES, the deliverers left the formica countertops right on the ground in my driveway, no shoring, no protection, and found both had beechipped on the ends, this BS, last time I do business with LOWES, sale or no SALES, no more
Desired outcome: I just want the items I paid for
