I went to Dollar General in North Adams Mass on 1/5/2021 and checked out at 11:00am As I was shopping, another very loud young male customer started to check out and apparently knew Michael, who was the check out clerk. They were both very loud, obnoxious and CURSING! 'F' this and 'F' that! I was completely shocked over this. There were young children in the store and the fact that he was entertaining this person by participating in the conversation was so unprofessional and frankly disgusting.
Dollar General really needs to screen people better before interviewing and be more selective with their choices on who is going to serve the public. I go to DG because it is close to my home but will seriously consider driving another few minutes to another store to shop.
