Dollar Tree

There have been multiple complaints from both Customers and Employees regarding an aggressive manager in this store by the name of Kathy. People have witnessed her screaming at the top of her lungs at customers and swearing at her employees myself included. She intimidates employees and talks down to them in front of customers and has abruptly hung up on me when calling to speak with her boss.

I've called and written to their corporate office along with other customers and an employee already and my next step is the better business bureau. She bullies her employees and intimidates them on top of being degrading and aggressive towards everyone she comes into contact with. I've personally witnessed her verbal assault an employee when then were on site to get their schedule and then refuse to give them proper access to their hours. She's even gone to the extent of talking down to children who enter the store. Her behavior has put people in fear and needs to be addressed.

Her attitude towards her job has created a fearful place for her employees and customers and as a community we are trying to do everything we can to ensure the appropriate steps are taken to resolve this concern.
