After two days of wearing at school, the paint on the front of the boots began to peel off. I put them in a bag and since this store is far from me and I had three months left to return the shoes, I did not go to return them immediately. Two weeks later, when I had time to go to this store, I brought them back and brought them to the customer service. When I laid out the shoes from the bag in front of the employee, she immediately stated that since the paint on the shoes had peeled off, she could not return them, I said that this is the reason why I want to return them - the paint peeled off after two days at school, to which she stated that "I don't believe the paint peeled off in two days." After she repeated this three times in a row, I asked to call any other employee and she called the manager and before I said anything to the manager she shouted to her from a distance that "I don't believe the paint peeled off in two days." After hearing three more times that "they do not believe that the paint peeled off in two days," I left with the shoes that were bought for the child to school, but which the child does not want and cannot wear to school because the paint peeled off on them in two days.
