I am employed with BJ's as an utility clerk, the managers are always telling me to check carts when I come in at 5pm, yesterday 7-6-23, I asked the manager CJ does the utility clerk that comes in at 8-3pm handle carts in the parking lot, he said no! I asked why? He got offensive and told me to clock out and go home! This guy does not like to be questioned. I came to him 3 weeks ago prior to address an employee who spends excessive amounts of time on multiple breaks and in the bathroom to avoid work. He told me to mind my business. I have reached out to HR in regards to his behavior, but no response.
Desired outcome: needs to manage all employees the same
